William's room

1 room available in a single family home 15 minutes north west from the Charlotte airport. Built in 2020, the house is basically brand new. Washer and dryer upstairs, and all utilities included.

room will be $750 a month with 500 deposit. 12 ft by 11ft:

5th room is a 10 by 10 without closet and will be $600 a month with $500 deposit.

Full access to house, including kitchen, washer/dryer, living room etc. High speed internet, (1gb download), will be available as well.

Room is unfurnished.

This is a house for professionals. No drugs or smoking of any kind in the house. Yes, that includes cigarettes and 4/20. No pets allowed either. Your orientation does not make a difference. Looking for clean people who know how to pick up after themselves and don’t cause drama. Must have a steady job.
