Patricia's room

It’s my full time home. It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. You will have a choice between 2 rooms. The closet space is small so you’re welcome to the closet in the other room as well if you’d like it. The house and room are furnished. If you want to bring your own furniture, you can. Laundry is in the basement and you’ll be welcome to use that as well. Utilities will be included in rent until they exceed $200, then I will ask for $100.

Hi! I’m a kindergarten teacher. I’m gone everyday and some evenings. If I’m home I’m watching tv, baking, reading, or crafting. I love Bravo and books. I’d love a roommate I can form a real friendship with so it’s a fun experience. I’ve had some not so fun experiences in the past…
