You’d be renting a room in my apartment. Looking for a professional and responsible person. No security deposit, no lease time requirements, Wifi included, Month to month lease (maximum 6 month lease as I am looking to buy a house)!

Nestled amidst the long-leaf pines of the Sandhills of North Carolina, Tanglewood Apartments offers a quiet community located minutes from Highways 15/501 and US 1 in Southern Pines. It is a quaint 2-bedroom apartment with a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. The apartment will be furnished (excluding a washer dryer). The rent is $700 per month, and utilities are shared equally between us.

I’m very easy going and friendly but can keep to myself as well! I like to keep the kitchen clean and am an early bird! I love cooking, going to the gym, hiking and reading. Ice cream for breakfast is not frowned upon and I respect someone who can appreciate a nice shot of espresso. I am a tax accountant and will be working from home. I’m from Colorado originally and am moving to the area to be closer to my boyfriend! I love to travel and plan on exploring everything North Carolina has to offer. I’m usually hanging with friends, chilling at home, going to church or meal prepping on the weekends. I don’t smoke but enjoy the occasional glass of wine with dinner.
