Petra's room

Private room with ensuite bathroom. The room is furnished, you get private cabinets in a shared kitchen. All common areas are shared, but there is enough room to be on your own if you like. You will share the house with us = 2 women and a cat, tortoise living outside in screened lanai. You have a parking sport in the driveway and some room in the garage for a bike and a couple of boxes (if needed).
The house is located in a small neighborhood with a community pool, across the street from the house, and a tree area next to us. We are very active in this community, we created a welcoming house environment and the neighborhood as multiple activities throughout the year. Requirements:

• no own pets
• allow housekeeping every other week to clean (included)
• no smoking inside the house
• open for social activities, or tolerant about visitors.

We are 2 ladies, begin 50s. I am fulltime employed with the American Cancer Society and work 5 days per week. My roommate is currently studying for the nclex and has grandkids visiting on occasion. The house also is “ruled” by the cat and the lanai is shared with a tortoise.
