Only 1 rooommate who has their own area and private entrance at back of house. Your room is admittedly small, so feel free to spread out your shoe rack and art supplies into the living room and claim it as your space. Your super cool, hard-working, discreet but friendly roommate will hardly ever go there as they have their own extra office space. Your common space is the spacious dining room and the kitchen, which is fully stocked for your cooking adventures. For ith the gates closed, the front and back yards are secure to even the most intrepid escape artist and can handle all manner of digging and rough-housing. Weekend brunch and crafts projects at the huge picnic table on the back patio and and green space galore for your veggie garden. This is village life in the heart of the city. Close to everywhere: USC and the sports stadiums and musems, Kenneth Hahn and Park to Playa trails, DTLA, K’town, Culver City, SoFi stadium, even the beaches. Metro is one mile walk away, with the 40 bus from LAX to downtown right on your corner.

I am the owner but work outside the country (aid work), hope for a tenant who will cherish this home, live here with cheer and play lots of music. Your roomie is super cool, artistic, loves to hike, write, cook and converse but works hard, studies and very discreet.
