Francesca's room

The room is big and awesome, and furnished simply with a queen adjustable massage bed, its own little mini fridge, tv with internet, a big closet and a full bathroom with double sink… It is on the top floor of a four level house so I call it “the penthouse.” I live on the bottom, two levels, and the shared space is a kitchen/living room area on ground level. It’s definitely a nice space :-) Unfortunately, my levels are where the laundry room is, and one would have to walk through my space to get there so the only way we could work that out is to have a specific time and day when my roomie could do laundry… There will be no access to those floors at any other time.

Hi, I am Fran and I live on the beautiful island of Kauai Hawaii during some of the winter months and my lovely Hayden home during the Spring Summer Fall as my family also lives in the area. I have been a roommate for years in Hawaii and during the pandemic had roommates in my house in Hayden which is currently rented out. I am clean, thoughtful quiet and respectful to roommates and neighbors and I try to live a life that encourages positive energy and a commitment to mindfulness and living in the present moment. I am an avid hiker and nature photographer and frequently take off for days to encounter an adventure in the woods and capture beautiful content for my TikTok @Auntie_Fran. I play guitar and ukulele and have been a music teacher for 20 years. I also help clients with minimalist living, downsizing, advice on mobile living builds, iOS tutoring for older adults and Etsy store start ups and marketing! My ideal living situation is having a month to month arrangement with a roomie in a very relaxed environment. I do have a tiny little 12 pound Toy Australian Shepherd named Luna who loves Tubbs Hill and hanging out with me doing everything I do. She has pet sitters when I take trips so I do not expect the roomie to take care of her. Our references as roommates are available on request!
