Sydney's room

The space is a private bed/bath in a house to join myself, one other renter, and my dog. Located 15 minutes from Emory University and Stone Mountain. The bedroom/bathroom are very private on their own floor with its own AC. All utilities (wifi, water, power) included. House has a private fenced-in backyard, is newly built, and is in a nice housing community. Can come with a bedframe, mattress, and nightstand if needed.

We are 2 females looking for another nonsmoker female with no pets. I currently have a rescue dog that lives there with me. We are both busy working young adults and are looking for a respectful, quiet roommate.
