Rooms available in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,100 sq ft. home in Mamaroneck. The house is located in a neighborhood with nearby shopping, not too far from Hwy I-95 or the Hutchinson River Parkway. Looking for ONE GUY per room to move in asap! Read below.

Rooms: ($1,000 per month): 12 x 10 and 11 x 12. Unfurnished. It has a closet with sliding doors and a top shelf for storage.

• High-speed internet; Verizon 1Gig, downloads - 939Mbsp, Upload 910 - Mbps LEASE TERMS: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. ($1,000). I will not do a six-month or 1-year lease because life changes quickly and you might want to move to Barbados within the next year :-).

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month’s rent saved up ($2,000) please do not contact me. I need someone mature, who can save money, and who is serious about proceeding to have you as a roommate.

What I’m NOT looking for: -party animals |||| Our house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9 pm. I wake up at nearly 6am each day so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night. -passive aggressive people |||| my roommates know, if there is a problem, we sit at the dinner table and discuss it as mature adults, I do not need any adult children living in this house -messy, messy people |||| when finished in the kitchen, clean it I’m open to male only. Simply because you will have two other guy roommates.
