Private furnished room in the vibe district of Virginia Beach, easy walk to the boardwalk/beach, breweries, farmers market, restaurants, and more.
Private room in upstairs hallway. Nice kitchen/dining/family room. Fenced back yard with fire pit, balcony, in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach.
Wifi and utilities are all included in rent. The room is pictured with two beds, we can leave one bed - or none, if you already have furniture.
About the roomies
I currently live in the house but am planning to relocate closer to my parents for a few years. I am looking to rent two of my rooms to responsible folks to pretty much have the house to themselves. Might be a great opportunity to choose your own roommate. I’ll be back on occasions for maintenance or beach weekends.
