For rent is a bedroom with a private entrance in an amazing, impeccable, safe and secure single-story 2bed/2bath townhome (1,700 sq.ft.) located in a safe upscale community off of Martin Road. Close to everything. In addition to the bedroom, you will have access to a full bathroom, kitchen and washer/dryer (across the hall from the bedroom).

Rent includes a queen-sized bed with mattress, walk-in closet in the room, TV and high-speed Internet. Utilities will be shared equally every month.

• Available: Feb 15th, 2024 for rent to ONE occupant.
• Rent Per Month: $800
• Non- refundable Security Deposit: $500
• Background Check: Mandatory (you pay the fee which will be refunded if you end up staying in the apt)
