Looking for 1 roommate to share a 2bed/1bath off of Ashlan and Marks! I started the lease mid-September and it ends end of September of this year. I’m currently in the Masters room. You’d get the 2nd room and we’d share a restroom.

Available mid-Feb, but you’ll only have to pay for March’s rent!

This is not a party home. I have online school and work almost every day so most days and even the weekends are super quiet. It is rare that there is any event held here in this apartment. I’m a pretty well-driven, educated individual and I need someone that is carries some of the same aspects. It is preferred that you are in your mid-20s, work full-time or at least part-time and go to school as well.

I am 24, work full-time, with 2 other part-time jobs, coach after school hours, go to the gym pretty often, I travel for work occasionally, and currently in a doctorate’s program. I’ve been living on my own for about 3.5 years now so I’m pretty experienced in this realm. I spend most days in my room, but I do cook often! I’m usually out of the house working or at the gym. I clean quiet often and the place is quite minimalistic. Most of my items are in my bedroom. My dogs are also house broken and I have a doggy door for them to potty. They are good at home on their own throughout the day. I come home often to let them out and we also go on our walks. Fair warning, they do shed a lot but I vacuum and mop everyday! I’ll always make sure your door is closed as well if you ever forget. I don’t mind a fun night out, but most nights are spent at home! I have quite a busy lifestyle, and I plan to stay as focused as possible.
