Tracy's room

I have a bi-level home in Louisville KY. It was setup so that I could like upstairs and airbnb my lower level, so the lower level is fully furnished with bedroom, full bath, kitchenette dining area and living room area. The laundry room is on the lower level so that is the only time I’d need to share that space is to do laundry. I will admit I am somewhat OCD, so I do want someone who is very clean. I do have 2 doodle pups but again they would not be in your space. They are, however, non-shedding and they will be in the back yard alot.

I am a single woman, works full-time 1st shift. Quiet, very clean, very friendly.
