Near Ft Vancouver High School, on the Burnt Bridge Creek trail, 11x13 room with 8’ closet, on 2nd story, partially furnished, own bathroom with tub. Use of common areas (W&D, kitchen, living room), small patio and front porch, we follow rules of the condo community (quiet hours, parking, etc.)

Single woman in 60s, working in tech support, have one cat (your cat may be a fit if she’s friendly), introvert, artist, active, left leaning, interested in co-housing energy (shared meals from time-to-time, shared maintenance of interior). Library my favorite city place to visit. Small community - 28 units.
