House includes shared/street parking, shared kitchen, shared pantry, functioning washer + dryer, shared small backyard & shared garage space.
Utilities/water + trash are separate from rent and can vary each month from $50-$110 per roommate.
Month to month lease with 30 day notice.
Preferred roommate is a non-smoker and a female, BUT we are open to couples/pairs + small pet(s) sharing the master bedroom if interested. Pets do have a one time deposit and landlord asks that they are potty trained. We are hoping to have a roommate in by April 1st, so feel free to message with any questions or to share interest for the room.
House is currently occupied by a couple who live downstairs, 3 girls living upstairs, & a small Terrier dog. All of us are in mid-late 20’s, work full time jobs, and all are respectful.
