Looking to fill a small middle room. Two very chill people, clean home, two shiba inu dogs that won’t bother you unless you want them to (please don’t be allergic to dogs) We very much keep to ourselves and do our own thing inside our rooms and like it that way (I’m an avid pc gamer I’m always on my computer when home) and we are very friendly and kind people. We would like no drugs in the home. We are doing a full year lease and the $800 includes all utilities gigablast internet, preventative pest control, renters insurance., All you’ll need is bedroom furniture. The room is small. You will have to apply and get approved through the leasing company (rpm tidewater) as well to be added to the lease and that’s what the $250 is for
