Farm property located near West Boca Raton (address is Coconut Creek). I have two rooms available for rent in the property. One is a smaller room for $700 and the other one has a private outside entrance for $900. Included in the rent is utilities and a cleaning company comes twice a week to clean common areas. You may use the kitchen. Please note there is no laundry in the house. (Laundromat is near by). There is 2 bathrooms in the property shared with other tenants.
About the roomies
I am looking for a respectful, clean roomate. Drama free. Someone that gets along with everyone (since the house has other roommates this is a must). Non smoking/ no addictions.
