ENTIRE townhome!! Starting February 26th, I have a 4b/3.5b townhome available in Charlotte, NC. I’m a nurse in CRNA school that’s just moving closer to clinical for our 5 am starts. The lease ends June 6th so trying to rent it out! It’s comfortable, big (3 floors!), and at a light rail stop. It’s 16 minutes from CMC Main, 17 minutes from Novant, and 9 minutes from Atrium Pineville. It can be furnished or empty, depending on what you’d prefer! Includes an attached garage. I would be living nearby, so if there were any issues, you could contact me. I’d only be asking for $1,600, which is great for location and such a huge place—Multiple people could stay!!! Would be open to negotiation.

No roomies—You’d be solo! I’d love to have someone take over the lease, but with no takers, renting it out to someone is the next option. I’d love to find medical professionals coming for rotations or something but I am open to anyone needing a temporary stay!
