I have some furniture that can be used in the room. Roommates have a shared refrigerator. There is parking on the court and parking in front of the house.

Must love animals, We have 2 friendly cats.

No couples No children no animals

It is a month to month lease, the rental price includes a maid that comes in two times a month to clean the upstairs shared bathroom. it also includes utilities.

The neighborhood is safe and friendly, we all look out for each other.

Close to shops, churches, route 7 and route 28 and close to businesses. Close to the town of Herndon, Metro station in Reston, bus stops.

The Reston metro is 12 mins. away

We all are clean, respectful and responsible mature adults. We live in a no drama house. A background check will be required.

No drugs No smoking ( weed, cigars, cigarettes, hookah)

We have a video doorbell and a keyless smart door lock. The room is $730 a month

Access to common rooms…. Kitchen, all shared bathrooms, laundry and dinning room and back covered porch

We like to have movie nights occasionally. We look out for each other.
