I’m looking for someone to fill an empty room with a shared bathroom I have in my condo in Coconut Creek. The place is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with in unit washer and dryer, as well as other amenities. Utilities are not included, but the base rent is $775 per person. The other 2 rooms are occupied by myself, my girlfriend, and our roommate. It’s ready for move in ASAP. All we ask is that you are able to fill out an application with a $275 application fee and sign a lease after getting approved. I have a cat and my roommate, Mia, has a dog, so we are looking for someone who does not have pets since we have already reached the maximum pet limit.

There are 3 roomies for this condo. Our names are Grace, Alexa and Mia, and we are all in our early 20s. Grace and Alexa are a couple, and Mia is a close friend of ours.
