I have a room available for $1650 utilities included. It’s the entire first floor: (unfurnished) private bed with French doors, high ceilings, detached private bath, and private patio with private entry, with extra storage closet. There’s a parking space available as well on site for $50/month or $75/month a spot in the garage unit (includes extra storage space/separate key for entry). There are plenty of street parking spaces as well. It’s a gated community. Our house is 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 2800 sq ft. Washer/dryer in unit. I use room on the third fl where the other rooms are so this room is more private. Kitchen/living/laundry is on 2nd fl. Besides the rooms, the house is fully furnished.

Room will be available sometime in February. Location is in Garden Grove near the 22 fwy on Beach. 15 min away from Huntington Beach. Looking for long term rentals, at the very least 6 months. Security deposit is the same as monthly rent. Patio has an added pergola and photos will be updated soon!
