This property is 12 mins from DTLA (downtown LA) it is a separate studio apartment with its own entrance down the side of the main house. It has a shared courtyard in between the main house with patio furniture to sit and enjoy. There is an accessible BBQ pit to master your skills with and its all in front of the spiral staircase that goes up to the studio, once up the staircase, it lends itself to a 25ft wide balcony that can be used for viewing, sitting and reading or relaxing before entering the studio. It has double door entrance to the studio.

Requirements:

Preferred Tenant will have proof of a steady job with a monthly income of at least $3,600 (or if monthly income is less than $3,000 then higher deposit is required). I am a pretty laid back person, a hard worker, and I love DIY projects. I am a girl, but most times I work hard or harder than a man! I’m very neat, I like to keep the house neat and yard clean. I do have 2 dogs ( Harley -Patterdale Terrier, and Nola - Maltipoo/Shih Tzu Terrier) I am easy going, but also very business savvy and can be stern if needed. I am mother of 2 girls, (grown women). I am also a grandma and I love spending time with the grands!! I love having family time and I am looking for someone who respects that.
