The room is furnished along with the house which is very cozy and quiet. It is located within walking distance to Maple Elementary School. There is a .5 Acre back yard and a fully gated front and back yard. There is two fridges one is empty inside the garage and available for whoever moves in. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, and close to everything within the high desert.

There is only my boyfriend and I living here. We are business owners and often very busy. We value cleanliness a ton and are really just looking for someone who is easy to live with. We are both in our 20s and own the house.
