11x10 unfurnished room for rent in Hollister with a private bathroom. Access to the full residence and all common areas. Full use of Kitchen & Laundry. House is close to the 25 and shopping. Strict no smoking or drugs of any kind. Must have a vehicle and work outside of the home.

I live here alone and did not mark that the house is animal friendly but I do have two well behaved small dogs and two indoor/outdoor cats that come and go as they please, so don’t have room to accommodate any additional animals. Typically home in the evenings and on the weekends. I’m pretty quiet and like to keep to myself. I’m not big on houseguests so don’t usually have any. I keep things very clean and have a regular housekeeper who comes bi-weekly.
