Looking for a female for a private bedroom in a shared house in the heart of Virginia Highlands. This house is in the best location - walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, Piedmont Park, etc. Multiple festivals happen in the Highlands: Porch Fest, Summerfest, & Winterfest. You’ll be in the midst of it all. Multiple grocery stores within a mile. Easy access to all the great places of ATL: The Beltline, Inman Park, Grant Park, EAV, Midtown… You’ll have a large, unfurnished room on the ground floor (big enough to fit a king sized bed and furniture). Shared bathroom. Massive kitchen, decent living room, and a widows walk on the top of the house. A small patio in the back, and a hammock in the front.
