Sunny fully furnished apartment, in a 1940s deco-style apartment building located in the beautiful Bryant Park neighborhood of Bloomington. One private bedroom is available in this two-bedroom apartment, shared with one other female roommate. The room can accommodate a single roommate or a couple. The private bedroom includes a full futon bed, desk, and closet. There is a shared bath, kitchen, living room, and outdoor dining area. The basement of the building has locked bike storage, laundry, and a dryer. The rent includes all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Bryant Park is a safe residential garden neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to the IU campus, downtown Bloomington with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the B-line with jogging/bicycle trails. And Bryan Park is one block away with a public swimming pool and running trails.

There is paid residential permit parking 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F. The closest free street parking is two blocks away.

I am a professor at Indiana University, I am a female with a small hypoallergenic dog who does not bark (and who stays primarily in my room). I travel often for my work, and often my roommate has the apartment to themselves. Other tenants in the building include professionals and mature students. It is a quiet building, and the tenants are friendly and respectful of each other.
