Location is very private and quiet, you’ll wake up to birds chirping in the morning, pool view from your bedroom and private security roaming our streets 24/7. Very safe neighborhood and 5 minutes away from the Beverly Hills Hotel. If you’re a runner, you’re in luck as we are 10 minutes from Franklin Canyon with incline hill streets. The house has gorgeous natural stone fireplace, modern seating area, formal dining room and mini bar. Fully furnished with Restoration Hardware furniture, cool artwork, outdoor teak and white linen seating lounges, asian themed front porch as well as access to a forrest like backyard.
