Hello,

We have one cozy room available for rent in our inviting 4-bedroom home located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is shared with my sister (22 years old) and me (24 years old). We are looking for a responsible and considerate female individuals, aged 20-26, who value cleanliness, to join our home. The rooms are pretty spacious and the home is fully furnished. Me and my sister are pretty busy bees, we both work full time and I am usually out and about. It is a 2 bathroom house, me and my sister would share the master bathroom so the other bathroom would be shared between 2 people as well. We are not strict about having friends over or having fun at the house as long as it is in moderation and it is cleaned up. The house is less than a year old and very spacious, there is a neighborhood pool for when summer decides to show up again. The pictures are from when the house was staged but feel free to message me and I can share updated furnishing.

My sister and I are pretty mellow and friendly, we both work full time jobs and are out of the house quite a bit. Our other roomie is out of the house 4 days a week with her current job and is super quiet and easy going.
