Hey yall me and my siblings are looking for a new roommate preferably female. that’s is ok living with 3 dogs kitchen is shared utilities, WiFi and parking spot will be included in your rent. You will have your own bathroom and small bedroom that will be unfurnished and kitchen wear can be shared just make sure to clean and put them back 🙂there is a park across the street and we do have beaches around us as well as a 7/11 around the corner and multiple fast food places less then 10min away we do have a ring camera just so we know when are packages come and we do have a camera in the kitchen as well so we can see our pets when we are not home if you have any questions feel free to message me
