Hello, I am renting a bedroom in Lauderdale by the Sea and am seeking a female roommate for a 2/1 apartment. The complex is located about a mile from Lauderdale by the Sea beach. It is a very relaxed residential area with local restaurants within walking distance to the beach. The room is available by February 1st. It’ll be fully furnished or empty depending on preference. Rent for the bedroom is $950, which includes utilities and high-speed internet (500 Mb/s). The complex has a laundry room with washer and dryer units located next door to the apartment unit.

I am looking for a responsible and respectful female roommate. No pets are allowed in the apartment (complex rules for new tenants, not my own). This is also a drug-free household.
