Aaron's room

About the Room: •13.5x12 foot room + closet space. The room is on the southwest side of the house so it has plenty of light. •You would have a shared bathroom that would be only yours most of the time. If I have friends or family in town staying in a guest room they would respectfully the same bathroom upstairs. • The full-sized bed shown in the pictures can be used if needed or I can move it.

About the House: • A 3-story house with two living rooms, and a dining room tied together with the kitchen. • The room from rent is upstairs along with the shared bathroom, a guest room, and the primary suite with its own bathroom. • There may be some storage in the basement and garage if needed. • The house has a fenced-in backyard and a covered patio with plenty of light and a grill.

Preferred Roommate: • We are looking for a young professional who can pay their bills on time is clean and able to socialize from time to time.

• Aaron the owner, • A software developer who works from home most days, and occasionally goes into the office. • He is laid back and likes to cook, watch a movie at night, play some video games, or go out with friends. I like to ski or spend time out in the mountains. • Sometimes I will take over the garage to work on cars or motorcycles for a few nights or the weekend • From time to time I will host friends at the house. I will do my best to give a heads-up beforehand if anyone is coming over. Nothing gets too out of hand and it’s always cleaned up after.

• Ian • Ian works at a few coffee shops in the area and likes to produce music in the basement. Noise has never been an issue, (the rented room will be two floors above so there is good separation if needed) • Ian also likes to test out new cameras/ camera lenses in the backyard and likes to stay fit at the gym. • Any smoking will happen outside, and no pets at this time.

Move-in Date: • Any time, preferably the start of the month but able to be flexible and prorate the month if needed. • Looking for a 6-month to a-year lease at this time.
