I have two available rooms in a 3 bedroom home located in Fort Ord/ Seaside area near CSUMB campus.

The home is complete with washer/ dryer hook up, a huge back yard, outside patio area, carport and long driveway plus lots of street parking.

Hardwood floors throughout the home, 1.5 bathrooms, lightly furnished living room however the bedrooms are completely unfurnished.

I’m looking for responsible roommates capable of paying the rent and keeping up after themselves. You will have access to the entire home. No preference on male or female roommates. I myself am a young male business owner, 28, working full time. Living situation may be ideal for students or other full time workers.

Please be prepared to show proof of income or explain how you will be able to pay rent. Move in date - Feb 1, 2024.

Rent- $1200/ month (all utilities inc.) PG&E, water, garbage

Deposit - $800

I like to cook & eat well, some of my hobbies include: piano, being outdoors, and fitness. I do own a cat who is very affectionate and well mannered. I would like for anyone who decides they would like to move in to feel comfortable and I’m open to any suggestions on how to improve the living space.
