About the room
The location is near Downtown Lafayette and UL. Free parking and both are walking distance. There is a common area in the backyard, but it is not fenced in. The open room is large and the home is furnished. No wash and dryer, but there are units if you have them - otherwise, there is a Laundry mat near the backyard area.
About the roomies
The property is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a large living space. I have a 6 year old Australian Shepherd and a 1 year old indoor/outdoor cat, both who are friendly. I recently graduated from UL with a Bachelors in English. Looking for a roommate who is communicative, friendly, and respects boundaries. I am a bartender and currently seeking another job. I don’t usually have many guests but if I do, i will communicate that with you.
