Looking for a quiet tenant to share our large home. No pets. No smoking. No drugs. We will have noise limiting rules (ex: no loud music after 10 pm, etc.). We are easy to get along with and respect your privacy. Chula Vista location close to Palomar and 805 bus transit station. Ample street parking in front of home. Safe, quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from bus stop. Private room has built-in mini-split heating and A/C unit. It comes furnished (optional) with combination door lock, full sized bed, small dresser, Ikea cube storage shelving unit, and closet with mirrored doors. Private bathroom with shower, (no tub), is in the unit. Kitchen privileges if you clean up after yourself right away. Access to back yard, in-home washer and dryer, as well as a small food pantry shelf and space in the fridge and freezer.

We are an older couple and the landlords. Our private area is upstairs, you will have the old master bedroom downstairs. We have 2 other roommates downstairs in the same hallway. Currently they are males age 23 and 35ish. Both are very respectful and quiet. We are a happy household and everyone gets along.
