I live in the Wesley Chapel area, The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, I’m able to provide a private bedroom, shared bathroom with access to kitchen, living room, and dining room. The room is a queen size bedroom, and I have my own sink in my bedroom, Just about everything is within a 20 minute drive including Costco, Sams club, Walmart, and a load of recreational and restaurant options. i-75 is 10 minutes away. My apartment complex does charge a pet fee but that can be discussed in more detail.
I’m the only person living in the property, I do have a dog, she’s a 5 year old swiss shepherd/husky mix but has the personality of a houseplant. She’s cat friendly, and tbh I’m more scared of cats hurting her, I work from home and this room used to be my office but due to life changes I’ll be moving my office into my bedroom and will need a roommate asap. I’m 420 friendly, and respectful of your space and property as long as you’re respectful of mine. My only real rules are change shoes from outside to inside, and don’t walk into the bathroom with shoes on, and don’t use metal on my cookware.
