Adrianna's room

Sailboat Point is a gated, resort like property with a small gym, a pool and a hot tub, the space is considered a wildlife sanctuary. It sits on a lake, which is rare for SoFlo. There is a full size bed, small dresser and a nightstand in the room, there are two closets side by side. Anything except the bed can be subtracted from the room, I have nowhere to store it unfortunately. The condo is a two bed two bath, the bathroom you would use would be for yourself and any guests that are over, which is rare. The enclosed patio looks over the lake and is very tranquil, my building is next door to the pool and amenities. I only have one TV and its in the Living room so you may want to bring one for your room if you like.

This room is month to month and is likely temporary through June. My lease is up in July. I am a 46yo Poly queer woman (I do have a primary partner) with two dogs, Bailey, he is 21 pounds and a short hair terrier/corgi/chihuahua mix and Saffy a tiny lil yorkie. Prefer no other pets in the home. I prefer a female roommate 30 years old and up and if we work opposite schedules, even better, but that is not a deal-breaker at all. My partner does often visit and spend the night and I am sometimes at their home. I also sometimes work from home. I am quiet, neat and I will cook for you if you are home and I am creating a meal lol. I am situated near Wilton Manors in a great location!
