Room available in the Seminole area close to Largo and St Petersburg with new comfortable 10“ foam queen size bed, 48“ Smart TV, Mini Fridge, Log fireplace as a heater, desk and big closet. I do not have pets or kids. The area and my home are safe, very clean and quiet.
About the roomies
I am very respectful, clean, polite and well adjusted 65 yr old white male. I do have an in-law suite being occupied, but the person is hardly here and rarely uses the shared bathroom. I am in a relationship but the person does not stay in the home with me.
