About the room
Howdy! I have a 12’x12’ room available for rent and move in today. Room is in 1600sqft home with two other very chill, cool, and friendly roommates. Also includes two black labs who are extremely friendly and very well behaved.
House is in a safe neighborhood near boat club in Lakeworth, close to the lake and highway. 18 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and 15 minutes from the Stockyards. 1GB wifi and large kitchen. Close to an awesome gym and several grocery stores
To rent: Background check is required. Move in before Feb 1 to pay no security deposit.

About the roomies
The guy you will be sharing a bathroom with is a baseball coach for kids and bartender in Dallas. Other roommate with the master bedroom just became a FTW police officer. Both super cool and relaxed. Equally cool is the two black labs whom are both older and very sweet.
