About the room
2 bed, 1 5 bath townhouse. The full bath will be shared. Cat and dog live here, no other animals welcome. Move out date would need to be by July 1st Or move in mid july till whatever terms discussed. This is only availabe for short term. Due to this being short term no other guests are welcome at the house. The security deposit is to hold the room. Which will come off your first month’s rent.
About the roomies
Just me. I typically keep to myself. I have a hybrid type work schedule. Monday - Friday I am up at 330 to hit the gym and start my day.
