Moni's room

Located in a mellow suburb in Midtown Ventura, we are walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, the hospitals (CMH), restaurants and cafes. We are 1 mile from 24 HR fitness, Trader Joe’s, the mall and transit center. We are a 5 min drive to downtown Ventura with easy access to the 101, 25 mi from Santa Barbara, LA 60 mi, Malibu 25 mi in a charming walkable neighborhood. We have a lovely patio and an extraordinary succulent/fairy garden for enjoying the outdoors. We share this property with 2 kitties.

The two of us are artists/graphic/web designers . We have our own bedroom and bathroom so only two bedrooms rooms share the bathroom which has a bathtub; the bathroom has everything but it is a small space, so it won’t work for folks that need extra space to get around. My partners 30/yo son lives in the other bedroom. We do have a laundry machines right in the house(please don’t use overnight.) There is one step up to enter the house, so the space is not ideal for those that have challenges walking. We do not have any dedicated parking spaces available due to sharing the driveway with the neighbors, but there is plenty of safe street parking available out front and no street sweeping or other parking restrictions.

We prefer healthy organic living. We workout and play sports regularly and like to be outdoors often; we don’t drink or smoke and though we’re not anti 420, this is not our crowd. We use don’t toxic chemicals for cleaning; we compost, eat clean and try to shut off WIFI for sleep. Please no toxic conventional detergents, perfumes, air fresheners or sanitizers. If you enjoy smelly dryer sheets, Tide detergent, wearing masks and fast food this isn’t the place for you.
