About the room
URGENT‼️ Hi I have a short-term private, spacious room (164 sq ft) available in East LA. It’s at a luxury apartment - Atlantic Time Square. Monthly rate is $1300 plus utilities. I need someone to stay throughout the whole lease until mid-June.
The apartment is 5-7 mins away to CSULA and 20 mins to USC.
It comes with one assigned parking. There’s also in-unit washer & dryer.
The sink/toilet will be private but you will share just the shower with someone else in the other bathroom. We have 2.5 bathroom.
It’s located conveniently right next to the 10 freeway and at a plaza with Daiso, AMC, Grams cafe, and 24hrs fitness downstairs. We have 24/7 security so it is very safe with 99 Ranch and Ralph’s just 1-2 blocks down.
Oh, also if you are a habitual boba drinker like me, we have sunright, bobaful, one zo, the tea, and half&half walking distance and meetfresh is opening up soon next door.
No Pets. Open to both genders and couples.

About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the place with three people. Two roommates are in their mid-late 20s working as an IT and the other roommate is a second-year student at CSULA.
