I am a senior citizen, retired living on my own since 1989. I am a fairly independent self serving female that travels quite a bit. I mind my own business. As long as you mind your own stay out of your stuff you stay out of mine I share the entire home with you, as far as cooking goes and utilities, go bills are included please and I will do the same. We should get along quite well. I feel lenient on the rules. If you respect mine, I will respect no loud parties. I do not smoke whatsoever. I don’t want you smoking outside and chilling, a lime on the inside , he must go elsewhere that includes all forms and recreation. Also social drinking occasionally is fine parties upon approval in advance. Are cool my son has a job where he brings his dog to three days a week 24 seven and then they are off for four days just jump in bed with me until about noon. I taking my lux work on most of the day if you’re against animals, then I’m against you, I know it’s unbelievable but he does not he’s friendly. He minds with hand signals as I said earlier you don’t like the dog I don’t like you. He has a GPS color as your car does. He is chipped. He goes by hand signals.
