Great location: 3-minute drive/15-minute walk to California Lutheran University (Cal Lutheran), 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Trader Joe’s (and nearby laundromat and dry cleaner’s), 35-minute drive to Zuma Beach, Malibu, CA.
Rules: No smoking/vaping; no drugs. No guests.
Can possibly consider small, non anxious (doesn’t scratch or bite walls) potty trained dog.
