A private room in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house located in Surprise, AZ. As a roommate you will have access to bathroom with shower, garage gym, laundry, and cooking appliances!

I am currently a small business owner of a Sports & Fitness company here in the Surprise Area. My wife, Molly, and I are looking for a roommate who is interested in a cozy, quiet, organized, friendly and clean home in a safe neighborhood. We do have two large dogs and would ask that the individual is comfortable with dogs in the home.

We are both Christians who volunteer at our local church who enjoy working out, going for walks or hikes with our dogs, grilling in the backyard, cooking, and enjoying quieter evenings either watching sports or a good tv series together.
