One bedroom available in a lower level, 2 br/1 bth apartment in fourplex near the mall. Main living areas are already furnished plus a washer and dryer, dishwasher, A/C unit. I’m happy to accommodate your furniture if desired. Utilities included in rent are water, sewer, garbage. We split heat/electric and internet (appx. $80 each person currently). On-street parking on a quiet street right next to building included. No smoking, no pets. Lease is currently month to month, with an option to sign a 6 month lease. Must apply and qualify with Garden City PM. Deposit of $675.
