The common spaces: The homes is absolutely the nicest place I’ve ever lived. The kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless appliances including a gas range and under-counter microwave. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and a large smart TV loaded with streaming services. Fresh LVP flooring, fresh paint, and ample natural light comes through the storm windows that do a great job of cutting down any street or air traffic noise. There is also shared laundry downstairs with a newer washer and dryer. The backyard features a small deck and large yard for relaxing outside and playing lawn games when the weather is nice. There is also a large driveway and two car garage to provide off-street parking for everyone.
The rest: The photos in the listing are staged so the home will have new furniture shortly that looks just as nice, if not nicer. The master suite itself, however, is being offered unfurnished. Unfortunately pets are not allowed for the comfort of all of the roommates. Our general screening criteria are a 720 credit score and income of 3 times the rent. We do accept co-signers for applicants who need them to meet the criteria however!
Martin recently moved from Maryland and works in Finance at Microsoft in Redmond. Grant works in operations management at Frito Lay in Federal Way. Both roommates are quiet and respectful and value home being a comfortable and restorative place for everyone.
