I have a room for rent in my four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Apache Junction. The room is unfurnished, has tile flooring and a closet, and measures 12’7“ x 9’10“. The bathroom is basically all yours except when I have guests in town. The rent is $500 a month plus a third of the utilities.

The house has air conditioning, a dishwasher, a flat-top stove, a washer/dryer (you will be supplying your own detergent), a microwave, and other small kitchen appliances. There’s an extra fridge available for your use.

There is no smoking or vaping in the house.

I’m looking for a professional female tenant who is respectful, quiet, clean and likes animals. I have a 12-year-old male Chiweenie and a 10-year-old male feline.

You’ll share the house with me (45 years old) and another female tenant (68 years old). We both eat meat, so keep that in mind.
