Room available targeting shipyard and NMCP workers who is responsible, respectful and cleans up after themselves. Currently have a sailor in there now who will be gone by the end of Jan. We will be sharing common areas, utilities are included. Not looking for someone who parties and smokes indoors.no overnight guests it is a liability concern. What I ultimately want is someone quiet reliable and no drama.This is in a quiet peaceful area. Willing to undergo a background check and sign a lease. 800 security deposit and first months required ( we can work something out if staying less then a month but must be willing to sign a lease) No pets or couples please.
