4 bedroom house with an upstairs room available, shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. Fenced in backyard, garage, washer/dryer, utilities included. Lease is through October 2024. There is 1 cat living here currently. Would prefer no other pets, however they may be accepted on an individual basis!
About the roomies
2 male roommates, both sober. Will is in his early 30s and works full-time. Zach is in his late 20s and is typically home, but in his room. Both are very friendly, usually up to hang out, but respectful of personal space and happy to spend time alone. I am starting a new job and will be moving.
