The property is a 3bed, 3bath, 3 floor townhouse located in North Hollywood near Burbank Airport with total rent equaling $3000. The unit takes up 2/3 of the town house, while another tenant takes up the remaining 1/3.

Floor one consists of a private (non-public facing) tandem garage as well as in-unit laundry.

Floor two consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, a full guest bathroom, and full bedroom.

Floor three consists of two bedrooms each with private full bathrooms and walk-in closets, as well as a small balcony between the two rooms.

I am 25 years old working in the commercial film production industry as a drone pilot. I grew up in New York and spent the last 7 years living in Wisconsin both going to school and freelancing in the commercial industry. I keep things organized and tidy but am very easy going and down to earth.

In a perfect world, I’d love to find someone who is also in the film production space. I’ve converted the bedroom on the 2nd floor into a work area/gear room and would be happy to share the space with another like-minded person. If you don’t have a need for the workspace, I don’t mind paying for 2/3 of the rent, bringing your portion to $1000.
