I have a private room available with attached private bathroom for rent starting February 1st, 2024 in 2B/2B apartment. Rent is $800/month for the month of Feb and March as current lease will expire by end of March, 2024. Starting April (Lease renewal) rent share will be $875.
Apartment(Ventana apartments) is located close to PayPal office and other companies such as well fargo, Zelle, Amex etc… Groceries(Safeway, AJ’s, CVS, Walgreens, walmart, costco, Indian grocery store) and other shops are available in near by distance. Apartment is located in spacious and clean surroundings.
Apartment amenities include - in-house laundry, apartment complex gym, allocated covered parking, apartment complex pool.
Utilities would come anywhere between $150/Month and $200/Month depending on AC/heater usage (This total includes Electricity, Water&trash, and Internet)
Cox internet is $52/Month Water&trash bill varies/Month Electricity bill varies/Month
